- How much does a website cost in South Africa?
- At Hyzer Studio a small site starts at R5k, a business site with payments or bookings runs R10k to R30k, and software with logins and dashboards starts at R30k. Each is one fixed build fee in rands, quoted before work starts, not an hourly rate.
- How long does it take to build a website?
- About a week for one to three pages, two to three weeks for a five to eight page site, and three to eight weeks for a portal or dashboard. The timeline is agreed with the quote and the site goes live inside it.
- Do you charge by the hour?
- No. Every build is a fixed price, quoted after one short call and returned within two working days. The quote holds for 14 days, and the figure does not move once the scope is agreed.
- What does the monthly fee cover?
- Care plans are optional and start at R500 a month for hosting, support and error tracking, R800 adds reporting and analytics, and R1.5k adds on-demand fixes and changes. They are month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
- Do you only work with businesses in Durban?
- The studio is based in Durban and works with businesses across KwaZulu-Natal and the rest of South Africa. The work is done remotely, so being outside Durban changes nothing about the price or the timeline.
- Do you do logo design, copywriting or SEO campaigns?
- No. Hyzer Studio builds the site or the software, and every build ships set up for search and live on its own hosting. Brand and logo design, copywriting from scratch and ongoing ad or SEO campaigns are not part of a build, and we will point you at someone who does them.
